Works amazing when it works. I've had an extremely stable connection for 4 years, having previously been with Bell for 2 years. 6Mbit/800Kbit ADSL.
Major items: If you have a poor copper connection between you modem & Bell, it will always be a poor internet connection. I suggest cable when this is an issue. There is many problems with account setup & changes between Bell & Teksavvy.
There is no capping or throttling. I really like the 2-8am unlimited transfer. I use this for online backups of my computers.
Teksavvy has honest pricing & billing, there isn't small text at the bottom of their pricing. DSL had a price drop ~$2 a year ago.
Getting connected is similarly painful as their competitors. Sometimes notes aren't passed from phone staff to installers. Call in tech support is becoming like their competitors, average ~15-45min wait times. Thankfully forum direct tech support takes only a few minutes to type a message.
Updated: July 2013 with year +1, price drop, forum tech support.
Overall, setup/transfer from Bell is painful, but once completed Teksavvy offers a stable connection with high bandwidth at great prices.
