Our 25/7 business service was installed 5 months ago, other then a slight hiccup with the Bell tech during the install (he never closed off the first part of the order), a quick call into support and the issue was fixed in a few hours, since then the service has been flawless, no outages, no slowdowns, no issues at all.

The issue wasn't at all related to you guys, when the Bell tech came, he never signed off on the order. Telecon showed up, finished their work but the line wouldn't work due to the first Bell guy leaving it open.

Fortunately, a quick call into you guys and it was resolved in a few hours.
