Switched from Rogers in an attempt to save a few bucks. Biggest mistake of my life, hard down for over a week with no resolution in sight. Tech support can only call Rogers and ask for resolution. Zero ability to take ownership of the situation, escalate and deal with things. Constant passing of the buck. I have to call I'm daily just to let Teksavvy know that my connection is still down, each day they close the ticket as "resolved". Talk about infuriating. Heard a lot of good things about this company, so really sad to see such lousy service. The best part about this? Not even a suggestion for a credit. Yup - that's right, I've paid for a modem and service I haven't been able to use for over a week.
