    20/5 tier speeds for $50 are very close to advertised. Installation went well; techs were very professional and had a good sense of humor. Stability is good, has not gone down since I got it. You get a free router which is cool. Low ping times even during peak hours, something Time Warner Cable could not provide for me anymore. Price for speed blows all the competition away, right now FiOS is the king.

    Umm thats ur issue buddy, we are open 24/7 and for one me sitting here on sundays playing DS/PSP is fun but I rather take some calls or be home. We are here, but U getting here, thats user error. As in U dont know how to use the phone! Press 0 when calling 888-553-1555 i'v used it alots of times got right through. SO ppl like u cant tell me it doesnt work when I do it myself!
