    Ordered online (didn't take advantage of the call sign-up discount that
    I've read about). Got the 15/2 package. The online system gave me an
    instant Install Date of 12/30. They showed up like clockwork at 9:15am
    and were gone by 11:30. Looked like the two verizon guys pool some of
    their installs to make it easier / faster. Nice guys who did good work.
    They were thankful that the house was prewired with cat5e and the
    pre-thought that I put in to the location and integration with existing
    network.

    Service seems good. A Linux ISO image that I downloaded yesterday with
    comcast took 35 mins finshed in under 5 mins. Haven't swapped the router
    yet but plugged into my 8 port switch and seems to work fine.

    Update 5/3/2007 Service is bullet proof have never experienced an outage. Service was upgraded to 20 / 5. Have since added TV and consider me a fan!

    Now use the Actiontec (sp) router that was installed as part of the TV and I have no problems with it whatsoever.

    Update 7/8/2008: Still going strong, Had an Actiontec (rev a) die on me and they came put and replaced the next day (Rev C). TV is getting better all the time!

    Update 7/31/2009: Still great, Finally added the Phone service (VOIP - Verizon Fios Digital Voice) - great service. Internet Speeds now quoted 25 / 15 but consistently getting 25 / 25.
