    Work was on-going in my area and the online database wasn't showing availability. Called the local CS number and the person was very professional and helpful. He saw that our CO had been online with FiOS for a while and made a few calls to see what the hold up was. He said they were still doing data entry and advised they would be up to date for my area within a week. He called me back the following week and let me know my address was ready. Total of 14 days time from sign-up to install. Was informed at every step what was happening and all parties were on time throughout the entire process.

    Comcast never provided anywhere near this level of professionalism nor pucntuality.

    The performance is stellar - I get the full speed of my 15/2 package.

    The Verizon portal is a bit clunky but they offer Yahoo or MSN premium as an alternative.

    I highly reccomend Verizon FiOS to anyone that can get it. I can hardly wait until TV is available in my area.
