    Took the tech about 5 hours. explained everything and only took the copper out when i told him I didn't want it anymore.

    new house new fios... sighhh took to techs 4 hours, didnt explain anything or test anything, asked for 10/5 service got 20/20 service, didnt want any movies or hbo, showtime, ect, got everything, after weekend passed called to have everthing changed to what i ordered, took 3 weeks and then they sent me a bill for $2786.94... took 2 months and a formal complaint to the public utility comminsion to get everything fixed almost 4 months later and 5 tech visitsi now have what i ordered and billing is fixed... what a fun time it was,,,
