    Signed up right at the tail end of an offer for 20000/5000 connection for $39.95 for 12 months. It been great so far. I haven't noticed any slowdown and every speed test I run is consistently at or near the subscribed speed.

    I gave a 4 for pre-sales information because they don't tell you what the price will be after 12 months. I'm hoping I'll be able to keep the same price if I sign up for 12 months again. Time will tell. The subscriber agreement states that the price will revert back to the then current rate.

    Can't give an honest rating on tech support since I've never had to call them.

    If you want phone service it seems like you have to sign up for it at the same time. I received an offer for $9.99 for 6 months after subscribing and after trying 4 separate times they still couldn't seem to get it. Even faxed over the offer letter (they claimed they never heard of such an offer.) So I have now given up and just ordered service from VoicePulse.

    You should come aboard the Time Warner Cable family and get All The Best package with Digital Phone, RoadRunner, and Digital Cable. Service is 100% excellency, and 100% quality, worth the money!
