I was a time warner customer , it was either rr or dial up , since i'm a gamer i had to have high speed. I'm the 1 st to get Fios out this hub, speeds are 15k down 1.85 up , doesnt change like cable modem does since i dont share the fiber with the rest of the neighborhood. Took 7 days from order to actual install to happend. Since the new ont 612 is out . I got to chose between been provision on the coax or cat 5 I chose cat 5 so i can install a switch instead of the router ( cant disable router's fw ) or any other router for that matter.
I thank God not having to deal with time warner tech support every other week.
Update July 31 2008
0 outages . got the new 20/5 package at no extra charge ( had to called to get it done) . Glad i've switch .
