    With Comcast was getting 4000/384 with FIOS get 15000/2000. Payed 157 with comcast and 161 with Verizon ,that's more you say? With CC(comcast) only with basic download speed there an extra 10 for VZ (verizon) 15000 vs 5000 .Also didn't have but 1 box with CC and was going to have to get another for digital programs since channel mom wanted was switching, 5 bucks for the basic box from VZ. With CC were paying 157 w/o phone service,basic service from VZ was 21 w/o longdistance,so saved that much right there with VZ bundle.Didn't have DVR with CC either .So while paying more now than I was I am also paying less since the services are more and no longer paying for phone.Since have free long distance with VZ now.Although the 1.61 charge to use a "1" prefix # is BS.

    The tech who installed was good 1 guy took bout 2-3 hours only.The only thing he screwed up was when he connected at the main terminal for area he apparently was in a hurry.Since he didn't tuck the wire in right.When after a storm one night the techs went to the box to fix some one elses outage ,popped out the tray which caught on mine and knocked it out.So I was told by the tech who came to fix my outage .Haven't had outage since.

    My main beef is the ill thought out IMG for fios tv.It was bad enough when compared to CC but the new system just plain sucks. You can't set which channels you don't want to see like you could before they changed it.Another thing is the Favorites it always starts on same damn number and not on number from where you are on .Is extremely annoying since if you are looking for something to watch makes it hard to surf.Also not enough info on the movies need to be able to see year and actors on it and also be able to scroll the description line to see entire description.

    I had the same issues when i got the new software. I was told by the rep that they were coming with an upgrade soon which would have reminders and blocked channels.

    I have been using the software for a couple of weeks now and find it much better than what I had earlier.
    The search is really slick and seems to even find my recordings and results are real time.

    I am hope they add dual tuner buffering soon.
