    Although there were some problems with installation that required an additional visit, the service is working flawlessly.

    Although Verizon never touched my PC, I was billed for a second PC install. Verizon promptly corrected my bill.

    I have much higher speeds and lower latency with FiOS than I had with Optimum Online. YMMV.
