    I ordered the 5Mbps/2Mbps and that's exactly what I am getting.
    When the Verizon FiOS guys came here it took exactly 5.5 hours to install everything. They did not even have to dig up the front yard. I live behind two other houses, so the wiring came from overhead.
    The only problem was they nicked some electrical wiring in the basement. We called the electrician, he came out and replaced the wiring, sent the bill to Verizon and they paid for it. Verizon also sent us a check for the same amount.
    We got a MI424WR Wireless Broadband Router for the computer and 3 standard set top boxes for the TV's since we don't have High Definition.
    I have yet to be disappointed with any of the features of FiOS.
    You should get it if it's in your area.
