    I was one of the 1st people to get Fios in my area about 2 years ago and i haven't had one outage yet. I'm really lucky to have had superior service from their tech support. They went well beyond their demarcation point. even researched a bios problem and helped me set up my Xbox 360 for PPOE. I also have never had an issue with billing i know im one of the few. The only complaint i can think of is it took 3 days to upgrade my speed. I really didn't care about the delay im now at 15mbs baby and never goin back

    8/2/2008 Unfortunately i moved to clearwater and FIOS isn't available. I'm now on Brighthouse and it sucks will write a review shortly on them.
