    30/15 FIOS with Static IP. Ordered on Friday, delivered on Monday. The order, installation, and service went smoothly. Received calls and email ahead of time notifying where the process was. Also was able to check order status regularly. It gives me hope how flawless the process can be.

    The install was under two hours, including cable hookup. Installer was courteous and professional. Layout was well-planned and clean. Hardware is concealed with little exposed to the public.

    No complaints, wish all installs were like this. Thanks Verizon!
