    The installer was on time, it toke the whole day. It started at around 10:45AM and the tech was done by 8:30PM. The service has been reliable and I would recommend the service. The only thing that I am not crazy about is the Actiontec router. The PQ for SD and HD is great, I switched from Dish Network and there is no comparison between the two services, I would choose FIOS over anything else any day.

    Bottom line, if the service is available in your area switch.
