To be fair, I am a FiOS tech and I did my own install:
That being said, the TV rocks. I have 1 HD-DVR and one Std STB that can watch (independantly) all the recorded content on the DVR (except HD). Same service lets me "push" music and photos to my HD TV (wife's a photographer so she likes that). Pkgs include: HBO, Movies (Showtime, Encore, Starz, TMC and Sundance). HD VOD is just a few weeks to a few months away.
Internet is 15M/15M and it Roksorz! I get accused of cheating on my fav game servers at least twice per session  . I just tell them I have the FiOS "cheat" and laugh. Beginning to set up my own game server where I can play God for a few hours a night. Downloading TV content from tvrss.net and just might cancel my HBO/Movies package. I have a HTPC and download a lot of content to that. Super sweet.
I shut my Low Voltage business down so I could come back to the LEC industry and get involved in the FiOS project. Don't regret it. People treat me like Santa when I get to their house.
