I've had Verizon DSL for 8 years, No problems. I waited for FIOS and now that it was ready, I took it. I ordered it on-line. 15/2 package with TV,Internet,and Phone.
The install took about 6 hours, the Tech was very knowledgable. I got 3 TV's one with a HD box. And, the only other person I talked to was someone who called and said that since I ordered on-line, I was entitled to the ' free sports and movie package' which The Installer turned on right away. The HD looks Great! Can't wait for Football to start.
Got rid of all the " free " movie packages, that really wern't free, my bill was up to $175 at some point. Now I'm at $132 a month, was also upgraded to 20/5 in speed
Still Glad I switched from Cable.
