Failed to live up to there end of the promotional offer, been 5 months and no TV or gift card. Everytime my wife or I call, we get a different answer, or told we are not in the system. It is not fair to be treated this way or lied too in this fashion. If you want the service, dont get sucked in by a promotion, because you will never see it and they will treat you like garbage if you call them on it.
