    I selected the 15/2 tier, and had the service for five months before I moved to an area where FiOS is not available.

    In that time, there wasn't a single disconnection. Whenever there was a question about one of Verizon's services, the representatives were extremely helpful and it was fixed quickly. I never needed Verizon to come to the house after installation because things were so reliable.

    The installation process was laborious. It took over two months from start to finish. One technician wanted to install a line that violated Township code, so another was sent out two weeks later. Then it was determined that a lot of digging was necessary through neighbors' yards, so they marked up the entire neighborhood with orange paint. They must have easily spent a thousand dollars on the installation process, because it took five guys an entire day with heavy equipment to get the service installed. Every step of the way, though, they kept me up to date about exact dates they would be coming and what would be done when. I can't give them anything less than a five on installation, considering that I was the first customer in the entire community.

    They never nagged me about "abuse" for using too much bandwidth, and their speeds were exactly what they promised, all the time. There were no dropoffs in speed in the evening or at busy times; it was always the same speed as advertised.

    I don't recall the price because I threw away all the documentation after I moved.

    Highly recommended. If you have Comcast in a FiOS area, call immediately and switch.
