I love the service because it never goes down. I hate the phone service for billing. The support will depend on who you are put in touch with.
This is an update since I last wrote. I still love the internet connection from FIOS for speed and reliability. I have a triple play bundle so my price of the bundle only of $129.24 with tax for a 25/25 connection TV and phone.
