    This site helped out a lot so its only fair that I should write review to help other people in transition of switching ISP. I literally just got FIOS yesterday and here is my story so far.

    Tech guys came around 10am to install and it was fully done around 3pm on July 10. However, I wanted to Ethernet to my router but they can't seem to get it to work so I ended up with coax which prolonged installation. I do plan to call in for a swap to Ethernet I'll keep ya updated. By the way, the tech guy was nice enough to find information why it didn't work and call me the following morning but he asked around and didn't know why so he advise me to make a order for it with tech support.

    I got the 20meg up and down service at first I wasn't getting the close to 20meg upload but I called their tech support which was able to help. At first i was getting 7-9meg upload then after they took control of my computer and "optimized settings" i got 18-19meg on speed test.

    Super fast I am happy besides the Coax and one internet goes randomly out hard to explain but I'll try my best.

    - I would have video game, AIM, Ventrilo, and BitComet up and running and its using bandwidth not max or anything and all of a sudden websites wont load up on me. I would try numerous of website (ie google.com, yahoo.com, very popular sites) during this 30sec spam of paused and nothing would load but all programs I used are still online. This is weird but not a big problem unless I get kicked off game or something and this never happened on Comcast. However, besides those two things this service is amazing!

    The router they gave you has a small NAT table. This means it cannot handle many simultaneous connections at once and that's why the webpages will load slowly or not at all. Either you can cut back on bittorent, bridge the actiontec, or like you wanted switch to ethernet and use your own router in place of the actiontec. If you have TV you can use your own router, but you need the actiontec to receive guide data and VOD.
