i had directv and cablevision for internet and hated both companies. as soon as i found out fios was available i ordered the service without hesitation. had it for over a year and no regrets. i've always had the 20/5 package for $45 and don't feel a need to upgrade. when my wife and i bought the house in Jan 07 i ran all new coax, cat6, and phone wire throughout the home, so when the installers came they pretty much didnt have to run anything except for the fiber. all homeruns in the basement and thats where the ont, router, and pretty much all the service equipment is. took about 4 hours for the install. the only bad experience i had was the hd-dvr having to be replaced once because of an hdmi issue. other that that all is good. i pay $300 a month for phone, all the channels including playboy, 20/5 internet and 2 cellies.
