    Verizon FiOS Bundle

    Lets start from the beginning. I signed up for the FiOS bundle package 20/5 on 07/15/08. Agreement was for $130 a month set up on the Auto-debit. A payment was deducted on 08/05/08 for $163.81 (pro-rated) month of July & August (next payment in Sept.), next payment deducted for $125.82 on 09/05/08. For whatever reason, auto-debit removed in Oct, so I did NOT get a notice (written/email/phone) it was removed, so I went past due for Oct & Nov. I called to resolve this matter since my service was disconnected. I expected a balance of $260 (2 pmts past due of $130 a month). Appearantly Verizon thinks I owe $494. It seems as though the original Verizon rep who signed me up, signed me up for each service individually instead of on the bundle package trying to charge me $100 for each service a month ($300 total), I've since then submitted claim after claim and everytime I continue to call, they have no record of previous claims submitted. Its extremely frustrating. The service is great, but the billing issues are enough to make someone go crazy!
