This was the most painful ordering of a service I have ever lived through. The order was first lost by a woman who called us to sign up, then lost by the man who they sent to the house after they couldn't find the order the woman took. Turns out he never gave it to the woman who was suppose to setup the install of the entire thing. The I spent hours trying to get someone on the phone to find out if I had an order. By the time this poor man figured out that none of the previous orders had been processed and offered to take my information again, I no longer wanted to speak to anyone at verizon anymore. I finally did the smart think placed the order online though my phone line account. Having ordered it three times before I knew what I wanted. Within seconds, I had a confirmation number and an install date...YEAH. So a few days later they arrive to run the fiber line to the house. A good sign until I try to use my phone and realize they have cut the phone wire. I really don't have the energy to explain what it was like to get this fixed. They gave me a repair date two days before the fiber install which was a month away. Let's just say, I learned how to splice phone wire that night (Not too hard). FIos Install was quick and clean. I had my computer all setup as I was already a verizon dsl customer. Service has been wonderful.
