Sales representative very knowledgeable about packages, cost estimates, answered all questions and spent about an hour and half going over the sales order form. Ordered FiOS TV Extreme HD with Movie Channel (Starz and Showtime), 20/5Mbps service, and Phone Freedom Essentials. Two HD-DVRs (one DVR free for 12-months) and One HD-STB.
Install took about 6+ hours. The installer was extremely knowledgeable and explained every step of the install.
