    Had Comcast TV and Internet and Verizon copper phone. Got the Fios Triple Play at the 10/2 package. Ordered it on Tuesday night, they scheduled the install for Thursday, can't ask for more than that. Install guys shows at 9:30 AM and is out the door at 11:30 am.
    Fast and clean. 3 stbs and the router installed. TV picture is impressive and the HD channels have none of the breakup that we had with Comcast. The Actiontec router on the other hand? It took a while for the wireless problems to surface, that night to be exact.
    When the tech was there I just made sure I had a connection
    Keeps dropping the wireless laptop connection.
    Search of DSL Reports show I am not alone with this. Installed a netgear wireless access point I had laying around and turned of the router's wireless, Happy connection again. Have not really experienced the NAT table full problem yet, It's been a week but no one in our house is running any P2P programs.
    I do not notice any difference in the performance of the phones. )
    Never had a DVR before, what were we thinking?
    Overall I'm pretty happy.

    2 hour triple play install ?? .... 930a to 1130a ?? I find this VERY hard to believe. If this is true, there had to be like 3 techs there and they cut quite a few corners.

    With the moca option and in a prewire home its normal time. I've done triples plays ( 1 dvr only ) in a 1.5 hours without cutting corners

    Took him about an hour outside running cable from the pole to the house, drilling a hole etc. Came in and mounted the ONT and switched over the phone block wiring. Cut the old comcast cable feed and wired it to the ONT. All the coax for the STBS and router was already in place. He took out 2 splitters and put in 1 3 way . We swapped out the comcast STBS and put in theirs. He installed the router and worked on his laptop for a bit. I plugged all the newtork cables in from my old netgear router, he plugged a thumb drive in my pc did some stuff and I was connected.I turned on the Laptop and made sure I could connect from it too. Once the STBS came up with a guide I got a quick lesson about the DVR and remote and then he packed up his carboard and plastic trash and left.
