    Verizon Fios is a great product. With bleeding edge technology that the cable companies cannot compete with, it is a must for technophiles. The internet, TV, and phone are always "up". I have not had any downtime with the product whatsoever. Picture quality is unchallenged.

    Verizon billing has it's problems. It needs to be updated from the 20th to 21st Century to handle the new technologies they are selling. The bills are quite confusing and a month after month after month calls to the billing dept are quite common to get things straightened out.
