Really not a bad experience. I have been wanting to come to FIOS for the internet primarily. But then I found out about the multiroom viewing over coax and I was sold. They made an appointment over the phone and were out the next business day.
Installation
Everything went well, as long as you dont mind the ONT mounted on your house.
TV
I have had 3 hdtv dvr's since but since the recent update I have not had any problems. 1 DVR had a video failure, 1 DVR would constantly reset itself, the current DVR would lose sound and then channel - a power cycle would cure this but after a recent software update allis well... Multiroom viewing works awesome as long as its recorded in standard definition. HDTV signal is much better than Comcast, I noticed a big difference.
Internet
Lightning fast especially if you want the upload. I have the 20/5 package. They block all the standard ports so you will have to be creative to get around them. The actiontec router can be put in bridge mode but every now and then the NAT table gets full and needs a power cycle - not too happy about that but I can live with it. It only effects the guide when it is down and reboot is an instant fix.
Phone
Great sound, internet does not effect voice, so download all you want while on the phone.
