(ratings match consensus)

In November of 2007, I signed up for 20/20 business Fios internet to have port 80 outbound open. But a month later downgraded to residential since it was nearly half the price less access to port 80 inbound.

Since then, there has been 0 downtime (from what I have seen) and the connection speeds have been rock solid. Others say that the Actiontec router has given them problems, but I have used it ever since I have had service, and never had a problem. It actually performs better than my Wireless-N Linksys router I used to have hooked up (It couldn't handle Fios speeds). Maybe its because I have the Actiontec router they give to business customers. When I switched to residential, they never made me switch equipment.

TV has now just become available and I have jumped right on it with the Essentials package, Home Media DVR (Free for 1 year) and 3 STB's for $12.99. Thus far, picture quality is EXCELLENT. By far better than Comcast. The multiroom DVR is awesome. There are a few improvements I would like to make to the mutiroom DVR, such as being able to set a recording and delete recordings from any STB.

but I never had it before so it's certainly better than nothing!

TV Install took about 3.5 hours. Mind you, I already had internet installed, so this was just for the TV setup. Tech made sure every TV, DVR, and STB was programmed and working correctly. Tech was also very friendly and knowledgeable.

Overall very satisfied. The only downfall at this point is I could not bundle my internet and TV because I am on the 20/20 speed tier, and there is no "bundle" price for that speed which I think is bull. A bundle only exists for 10/2 and 20/5
