    I been a Verizon FIOS customer for a good while. I became a customer when my verizon dsl was mysteriously canceled. Well today I decided to to up my speed to the 20/5 package. I used to have the 15/2 packaged but went down to the 10/2.

    I spent almost 2 hrs on the phone trying to up my package. Verizon C.S. cannot understand that I don't have phone service with them. Spent to much time trying to tell me I need it and how about FIOS tv service. I finally got someone to do it and it only took her a few minutes. I love the speed and the price isn't terrible but c'mon just do what I ask.
