I had Crapcast for a long time, but the service was not consistent. It was fast sometimes, then slow as heck other times. The price fluctuated just as much. With Verizon, my service is consistent, and my bill is the same from month to month.
Prior to my install date, my DSL, and both phone lines were slowly disconnected, prompting a call to tech support. The phone lines were restored, but the DSL was never restored.
Since install, I have had no problems. All three services are running very smoothly on fiber, and I do, in fact, see a huge difference on FiOS HDTV in reference to Comcast.
If you can get it, get it. Its a no-brainer.
