    I am in an area which allows me choice of both cable TV and Internet. Thus I can get the deals offered. I was with Broadstripe but between internet and TV outages the price was not worth it. When I need internet most it was down. So off to Comcast, was very happy until I decided to want to try their 99 triple play. Was not allowed I was already an existing customer and it would magically cost the same price as I was already paying. Bottom line with Comcast you can NEVER downgrade..... period. SO I am now with Verizion TV picture is great. I did sign up for free movies for ( Ithink) 6 months but never got it. My 15 mbs down 2 mbs up has been steady. All my coworkers are switching due to massive Comcast rate hikes in my area. Never needed tech support thus a 3 rating.
