Includes 20/5 internet service, as part of their HD Extreme triple play package (ala carte price for HSI would be higher than what I specified). I initially ordered their 5/2 package, and later got a free upgrade to 10/2, and later upgraded to 20/5.
Order process was very smooth - installation was very smooth as well. The installer was impressive - knew his stuff, and did a thorough/professional job. He didn't leave until everything was working properly.
We were supplied with a D-Link router initially, and later when we added TV service, we were upgraded to an actiontec router.
