Glad to be back with FIOS. Great speeds, low latency and it just works.
I hated going from no contract to 24 month contract, but at least the price is locked for a while.
As long as they so not price themselves out of the market, I will continue with them.

Consistently great speeds with no speed degradation. I had a minor problem, and they found the problem nearly immediately. So scripts, a real person that could think on their own.
I've used several different hardware firewalls, and they all work great, unless I mess up the configuration.
I have multiple devices connected (PCs, Wii, Xbox 360, SPA3102) and do not need to enable QOS for VoIP when all are sharing the connection (5/2).
I was one of the first in the neighborhood to have FIOS and have not regretted it.
