    Only problem I had was wireless was experiencing 2/2 speeds (as low as 120 kbps down sometimes) when I had 10/2 on a wired connection.

    Changed the wireless channel to lucky number "7" and am now getting 9/2 on wireless.

    The tech support sucks though.

    U DO! "The tech support sucks though." U must have got a new person or someone that doesnt know what there doing, Witch when u think Fios they have nothing but tech ppl here... HAHAHA I was the only one in my class. Well if U dont get someone that knows what ur talking about hang up and try again!
