Nothing really bad to complain about except the router. The wireless settings seem to be sub-par and can result in wireless connections being slow and sometimes completely dropping out.
Advertised speeds are met when wired and, when working, wireless.
Tech support was fairly pedestrian. Had problems with wireless connectivity and they made me run a speed test and then proceeded to suggest it was either range (they suggest 10 feet in line of sight -- what's the point of wireless then?) or an old network card. Felt kind of condescending but I guess the majority of customers don't know what all of that is.
Was offered speeds of 50/25 for $10 more per month. Naturally, I accepted this offer. Speeds as advertised. Nothing to complain about there. Haven't contacted tech support. Wireless seems to have fixed itself... not sure if that was router end or our computer's end.
