    It took several weeks of phone calls and the threat of cancellation before Verizon would give me the service promised. They still have not followed through on what they promised as far as giving me rebates in the form of gift cards. They overcharged me the first month by about $180.00 and still refuse to credit me for it. It is impossible to get any support people on the phone or on line that can or will actually do anything except ask me to plug and unplug - boot and reboot.......for the price it is a fair deal. Don't expect any support and expect to spend an hour or more on the phone to actually talk to a real person that won't be able to help with anything except accepting a payment for a large fee.
