Got 20/5 speed package, probably overkill, but notice no slowdowns when multiple online things are happening. If I just did one thing at a time, lower tier would be more than adequate.
Hard to gauge order/install time since I was pre-booked before they connected my area. They started Jan 1st, and I had it the 7th so I'd say fast, but that was almost 2 month wait until they activated my area.
Have had 2 outages (couple of hours each). Frustrating when TV says to call this number but phone is also out because it is now part of the system and not a separate land line. No, I don't have a cell phone back-up.
Speed tests were pretty much spot on what they promised, have found no sites that can deliver that to me outside of the test sites, but multiple computers connected doing things (3) and even a single computer d/l from several sites gives me good speeds from each (unlike cable where things started crawling), so I'm pleased with it.
Phone support is friendly after reaching a human.... getting to a human can be a long convoluted PITA.
Adding a TV comment since I have the triple package. The TV guide is not necessarily accurate, and using the DVR from the menu runs the risk of the recording stopping when the guide says it is over, have to manually do things if I want to allow for overtime in sports, as I learned the hard way. Also wish there was a simple way to edit the guide so I don't have to see all the stations I'm not subscribed to.
