Order and install a breeze, had it since Apr 09. I tried their DVR for awhile and its nice to have some of the widgets and other extras but for general use its a turd. Their DVR is just a brick and slow, my 6 yr old could barely use it so I dropped it and got a TIVO HD last month. We had Tivos over the years and the little one could always run it without any instruction. The interface was pleasant and always steady, so with a FIOS card in the Tivo HD and FIOS internet is awesome. Have the phone service as well, not really needed but thought I'd get it the first year in FL but I have so much extra minutes on my cell service, dont really need it. Overall I'm pleased with the service, as usually the hidden costs are what irritate and otherwise great product.
