    I cannot comment on repair service because I have not needed any (10 months). The install tech was great and accommodated my requests for non-standard configuration and the central plant folks responded to my need to setup a non-verizon router (Linksys RV016).

    I previously used OOL (15/5 $50/mo) and had constant problems with intermittent framing errors. I now keep OOL as a backup connection using a multi-WAN router but am considering dropping them altogether given the reliability of FIOS.

    For me FIOS is unsurpassed in quality.

    $55/mo for 20/20 connection is reasonable IMO.
