(ratings match consensus)

I have the double package that includes Internet and TV. There's something like 7 TV boxes and 2 cable cards so it turns out with fees and taxes to be 161.

I never had an outtage or problem with my service. It preforms fast all the time, every time. Just looked on my router and the connection has been active for 144.58 days. This is mainly due to a power outage we had.

Regarding the Actiontec router: It's really a POS. The GUI is meh, and the Verizon decals are uninspiring. When I had problems I used static IPs cleared it right up. Seems like soemthing is wrong with the DHCP, I dunno...

Side Note: In Buffalo, NY, one of the guys that installs cable cards is a little weird and will watch the TV a little too long if you know what I mean. He also will tell you how bomb Everquest is....

Double Package

Technical service and performance is great. Rest of customer service is the worst.

Re: Double Package

I agree, when cable cards were just getting big no one in that office knew what I was talking about when I wanted to hook up my TIVO
