I switched from Time Warner 13 months ago and couldn't be happier. Previously paying around $120/month for their triple play. Not only do I save $45/month, the speeds never slow down no matter what time of the day. There were only a couple of short outages during that time. My current package is the quad play 35/35 Extreme with their cell phone service. By bundling that, save an additional $10/month. Actual speeds are 43/37.
I did have a few problems with billing in the beginning but after more than half a dozen phone calls, it was ironed out. You have to be very patient and persistent with them.
Fios is the best Internet service, bar none. Cable and DSL will not be able to match the consistent and crazy upload speeds.
