I have had Optimium Online in the past but wanted to try the 'double play' FIOS with 25/25 throughput. Has rarely been less than that when tested and have not had service interruption for the two months I've had the service. The multi-room DVR works well but could use larger HD space for more program storage (about 22 hours HD on mine), it seems less that what I have gotten with Optimum or DirecTV. Just got new firmware allowing external storage last night though.

The installation went well - professional and clean install in an apartment.

The price is good for the service, premium channels and equipment without a contract commitment. I wouldn't change my decision from what I've seen so far.

Some info on extending your DVR storage.

You can buy an external ESATA hard drive to expand your DVR storage : »store.westerndigital.com/store/w···13094600

That adds 120 hours more of HD recordings and 600 hours of standard definition recordings.

For $99.99 , pretty nice considering.
