We've had FiOS for a little over 2 years now. Our contract ended in August but we received a call in July saying we could renew for another 2 years and upgrade from 15/5 to 25/50 for $15 more a month. We renewed online in July and opted to upgrade. Our first bill since the upgrade looked fine, however our second bill was about $20 higher than the price we were told (and also the price listed online). It turns out the price they gave us included some bonus credits that expired with our original contract. This was mentioned nowhere so I complained about the increase. Fortunately, Verizon honored the price we were originally shown. Great service, just make sure to watch your bills!
