Internet Options and decisions
-------------------------------------------
It's real simple. Fiber. It's even cheaper than my cable company in my county and the county directly south of me

Package, Ordering, Price
------------------------------------
ordered Internet 75 / 35 + FiOS TV Prime + CableCard online
totaling
about $105 a month.

Install
--------
Installer didn't have to do much. House previously had FiOS. I didn't want him to do much either. I will be doing some Cat5e and coax wiring soon.

Problem
-----------
The STB Fees. So I have NO STBS! I have Computer, Xbox 360 and live tv on my XBOX 360 using Extender.

Conclusion
----------------
Do it now. If you can get FiOS, do it. Really if you have access to any fiber get it.

Verizon Service

Verizon customer for approximately 9 years. Then bill got out of control with additional fees. Locked into 2 yr. agreement and within 6 months was already overcharged. Tried to contact billing several times and consistently transferred, rerouted, and flat out lied to. How do you get transferred 5 times in 1 call including the Northeast division when you live in Florida??? Online chat allows you only 1 minute then cuts you off, but takes them over 3 times as long to respond to a simple question. Cancel service because they didn't meet their own terms of the agreement and get cut off from all of your online payment history and charged a cancellation fee. Ask for an itemized bill and always get a non-itemized bill. Ask for a copy of your signed agreement or recorded verbal agreement and get the broken promise of I'll call you back after reviewed by management.....never happened. Dispute the charges and get sent to collections. Good product.......but get ready to get RIPPED OFF. Their practices are deceptive, unhonest, and predetory would be a compliment.
