Came from Compuserve dialup to VZ DSL in 2000 and then to FiOS in 2009.

It was nice to get FiOS, though the Analogue Sunset was kind of bittersweet. No Looking back though.

We use a TiVo HD and have only had a few problems with the signal. Channel offerings seem kind of random in general. Would be nice to be able to customize more.

Internet has been fairly reliable with mostly uptime. SERSIOUSLY insecure at time of install with no tech support for getting things straighted out right in the event of a rootkit.

Battery for the Voice lines causes some annoyance from time to time.

As far as ways to move data, "television," and voice go an overall good experience.

I do a fair amount of artistic multimedia work and need to be able to move those files from home to servers, etc. So far VZ has not let me down on this front.

I'd recommend if you can afford, but for basic Television, Internet, and Voice there are cheaper and less overblown services that might suffice for non-power-users.
