First wanted to go for BT.didn't have a phone line so would have to pay £120 connection fee(back in 2007).after an hour spend in telephone-cell finally girl on the other side asked for my bank details,then we've lost connection.any way Virgin connected me for free,got phone line and broadband with them.£29 a month unlimited download »www.speedtest.net/result/2232221602.png arround10mb/s,and some free calls not exactly sure when.they ok,just once had the problem in the last 5years.broken my modem and had to wait 10days for new one.to be honest it was more courier's company foult(MyYodell-avoid them)-lady from Virgin send that on this same day,just the driver didn't know how to press the bell(10days),but it,s Virgin decision to use this company.but overall i am pleased with my provider
