I have just recently ordered DLS through Teliquest and was a little worried
since I had not heard a lot about them. The initial contacts for information
were not that great but I went ahead and went for the gusto and ordered. Thank
goodness I did. Dawn Heller and her team have taken great care of me. Every
question I have is answered by email within 2 hours and every need has been met.
When I sent my first question to their general mailbox I thought I would never
see an answer back. Imagine my surprise when I not only received one but it was
from a real person that answered my specific question. Not an automatic reply.
I was very impressed so I tested her with question #2. An answer came within
the hour!!
Dawn has paid attention to all the details of my account and I can only hope she
can give some training to their sales team on what a great service they are
providing.
