    Back in February I signed up for a Surpass VPS account. Account creations are done manually to avoid abuse -- my account was ready in less than 12 hours (though it seemed a lot longer while I was waiting).

    Since then I have been extremely happy with the box I'm hosted on, the service, support and flexibility. I've annoyed the support folks with numerous questions and minor problems which have all been resolved in a matter of hours.

    The amount of control allowed in a VPS environment has guaranteed that I will never go back to shared hosting again, my next step is a dedicated package.
