    So far I've had no problems that haven't been fixed quickly after submitting a ticket. One thing I don't like is simply how they order the tickets in the support system, they order them oldest to newest so, it's a pain to find the one you're looking for sometimes.

    Other than that I haven't had any real problems. Though it sucks now that auto-billing isn't an option anymore.

    UPDATE: They are now using a sane method for organizing tickets.
