I started out with NorCal Broadband - their service was flawless in every aspect. When they were acquired by Central Valley Broadband is when everything hit the wall. My service became horrible and I have to reset my modem over 5 times a day. I continually am kicked off line....its unbelievable!!! I work from home and this problem is so maddening, I am currently looking to get broadband elsewhere, the problem being living in "rural" Loomis the choices are very limited. I have called the company numerous times and no one will help me...its maddening!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CENTRAL VALLEY BROADBAND IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR ACTUAL BROADBAND SERVICE...MY SERVICE IS WORSE THAN DIAL UP!!!
